Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher

I am an artist with a deep passion for exploring the connection between meditation and creativity. The techniques I implement in my practice are based on the belief that deep meditation can unlock a person’s creative potential, boost their mental and physical health, and inspire them to create art that truly resonates with others. I specialize in mantra-based meditation, and I’m committed to helping others discover their unique path to achieving a more peaceful and inspired life.

Instructor Statement

My life has been full of marvelous journeys and unique experiences, and I enjoy sharing them and what I've discovered along the way. As a self-taught photographer, writer, poet, and artist, I have learned to share the beauty I see in life through my lenses and words. My passion for capturing the world around me with my camera is uncontainable, as the act allows me to see deeper and nearly speak another language. My words come to me even clearer when meditating or while waking from a deep slumber dream, while my ideas for writing stories are received in similar ways. I am a Bay Area native, and I draw a lot of inspiration from the rich and diverse culture of this region. Through meditation, my health went from being house and chair-bound to having a life filled with dreams I never thought could happen, and I'd love to teach you so you can find better health, mental clarity, relief from chronic pain, and passion in your life as well.

Chopra Meditation is a time-tested meditation technique dating back thousands of years to the Vedic traditions of India. Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon revived this ancient process and made it available in a format that is easy for anyone to learn.

As a certified meditation instructor, I have the knowledge and skills to teach Primordial Sound Meditation, the most powerful tool we have for experiencing the profound peace and expanded awareness that lies beyond the mind's noisy thought traffic.

You can learn Chopra Meditation in four short sessions over a few days. The process unfolds as follows:

Session One: I will introduce you to the basic principles of meditation, including its history and the importance of your mantra.

Session Two: You will receive personal instruction in your Primordial Sound mantra in a one-on-one ceremony and learn how to use it. You will also experience your first meditation practice using your Primordial Sound mantra.

Session Three: In this session, you will learn more about meditation's healing benefits for the mind and body. You will have an opportunity to share your experiences and get answers to any questions that have come up for you so far in your new meditation practice. The session concludes with a guided meditation.


Session Four: In this final session of your instruction we will explore the different states of consciousness that may unfold with regular meditation. We will begin with a Q & A, and discuss any concerns or experiences that have arisen up to this point.  We will then discuss the concept of the higher states of consciousness and end with a group meditation.
